Step 1: Become an Addis Brand Ambassador

It all begins with you! When you join, you’ll be registered directly under an Addis Distributor. This is your starting point to a rewarding earning opportunity.

Step 2: Build Your Team

As an Addis Brand Ambassador, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to recruit others to sell Addis products. Every person you recruit will be captured in the system directly under you. This means you’re building your own sub-team of sellers!

Step 3: Grow to Manager Level

Your path to becoming a Manager is clear:

Recruit actively: Have 5 or more active recruits. An “active recruit” is someone who achieves more than R500 in sales per month.

Achieve personal sales: Generate R18,000 or more in personal active sales.

Once you meet these criteria, you’ll advance from Brand Ambassador to Manager, unlocking new earning potential!

Manager Levels and Earning Potential

As you progress through the Manager levels, your discount on retail sales increases, along with opportunities for bonuses. All sales figures below are retail sales including VAT.

Manager Level One:

-Sales Target: R18,000

-Earn: 3% discount

Manager Level Two:

-Sales Target: R25,000

-Earn: 4.5% discount

Manager Level Three:

-Sales Target: R30,000+

-Earn: 6.5% discount

Please note: If your sales do not exceed R30,000 after six segments, no payment will be made at this level.

Manager Level Four:

-Sales Target: R80,000+

-Earn: 6.5% discount plus bonus

Manager Level Five:

-Sales Target: R150,000+

-Earn: 6.5% discount plus bonus
